Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a composite material molding comprising: a lamination step for laminating a fibrous filler material on a molding die; a de-pressurizing step for covering the molding die, on which the fibrous filler material has been laminated, with an airtight film to form an airtight space and de-pressurizing the interior of the airtight space; and an impregnation step for impregnating a resin material in the fibrous filler material. The method for manufacturing a composite material molding accomplishes the formation of the airtight space by bonding the molding die to the airtight film with a sealing material comprising a (meth)acrylate polymer as an adhesive. The composite material molding obtained by this method can be used suitably in fields in which composite materials of a fibrous filler material such as glass fibers or carbon fibers are commonly used, for example, the casing, structural member, etc. of a dynamic body or a moving body.
