A method for manufacturing a container bag having an overlapped structure according to the present invention comprises: A1 step for forming a plurality of vertical-direction reinforcing portions and weaving a hollow-structure container-bag fabric; A2 step for cutting the container-bag fabric by a unit length; A3 step for selecting the upper part or the lower part of the container-bag fabric which has been cut as an inner liner, and forming at least one transverse-direction reinforcing portion on the inner liner; and A4 step for selecting the other part, on which the transverse-direction reinforcing portion is not formed, as an outer liner, turning out an opened end portion of the outer line and positioning the inner liner inside the outer liner. The present invention enables simplification of the manufacturing process by means of turning out a single container-bag body fabric to form an inner liner and an outer liner. Moreover, by means of forming a transverse-direction reinforcing portion on an inner liner, multiple layers of reinforcing portions can be formed on the relevant position and thus expansion of the lower part of a container bag can be prevented.
