Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a container includes the following steps: cutting a
container without goods to be transported for 3 or 4 times to form a top cover (1), a
lower cover (6), a left cover (9), a right cover (7) and a front cover (8); while in
use, welding the cut covers to construct a container. According to the present invention,
after an empty container without goods to be transported is cut into sheets, transporting
the sheets can reduce the transportation cost, and then an integral container
can be constructed and used again by welding the cut parts together. So a container
can be utilized time and again. The inventive method eliminates the need of melting
treatment of steel raw materials but needs a cold treatment even not any treatment.
Therefore it is advantageous in protecting environment at home and abroad and
in energy conservation. It has more advantages such as the reduction of corollary
production equipments, the low cost, the simple manufacturing procedures and
the better benefit.
