A method for manufacturing a control valve (1), and a control valve (1) and a valve body assembly (1000). The method for manufacturing a control valve (1) comprises: injection-molding a housing (10), wherein the housing (10) comprises an annular side wall (11), and the housing (10) has a first communication port (112); fixedly connecting a sealing assembly (200) to the housing (10), wherein the sealing assembly (200) is fixed to an inner surface of the annular side wall (11), the sealing assembly (200) comprises a second communication port (201) that corresponds to the first communication port (112) and is in mutual communication with same, and the sealing assembly (200) is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the annular side wall (11) and forms a first sealing face on the periphery of the first communication port (112); and mounting a valve core assembly (2000), wherein the valve core assembly (2000) is inserted into a space formed by the sealing assembly (200), and is tightly fitted with an inner surface of the sealing assembly (200) to form a second sealing face. In this way, the control valve (1) can have a good sealing performance, and the load on the valve core assembly (2000) during operation can be reduced, thereby prolonging the service life of the control valve (1).
