Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COOLING FIN CAPABLE OF INCREASING HEAT EFFICIENCY OF RADIATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/019616
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a cooling fin, comprising the following steps : drawing and outputting a film through a film machine, performing screen printing through a printing machine or coating photosensitive adhesive layers through a coating machine on the two surfaces of a metal material, drying the photosensitive adhesive layers through an oven, putting the film and the metal material with the photosensitive adhesive layers in an exposure machine to perform exposure and form new photosensitive adhesive layers, putting the exposed metal material with the new photosensitive adhesive layers into a developing solution to perform developing and spraying, removing the photosensitive adhesive region insensitive to light, forming microstructural textures, performing drying through the oven, putting the dried metal material with the microstructural textures into a spray etching machine to perform etching or immersion etching, forming the etched metal material with new structures after the etching is completed, and performing anodic oxidation or spraying coating on the surface of the metal material to form a protective layer. The superficial area of the cooling fin manufactured by the method is increased by one or more times of the surface, and the cooling fin has the advantages of being good in cooling effect, saving electricity, reducing internal loss of the radiator and the like.
