Abstract:
A cooling plate (10) having a cross-section that is substantially a flat rectangle and manufactured from aluminum alloy containing 0.35 - 0.9% by mass Mg and 0.2 - 0.9% by mass Si, first and second refrigerant guide members (20, 30) connecting to an end part of the cooling plate (10) and manufactured from aluminum alloy, and a refrigerant supply pipe (26) and refrigerant discharge pipe (28) connected respectively to a refrigerant supply opening (25) and refrigerant discharge opening (27) provided on one of the first and second refrigerant guide members (20, 30) are heated and high-frequency brazed by a high-frequency heating coils at connection parts of the cooling plate (10), first and second refrigerant guide members (20, 30) and refrigerant supply pipe (26) and refrigerant discharge pipe (28) using aluminum alloy brazing filler metal formed from 27 - 37% by mass Cu and 5 - 10% by mass Si, with the remainder being Al and inevitable impurities, and a fluoride-based flux containing 11% by mass or more CsF as solid content.
