Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a core-shell structure by using rapid delithiation, a core-shell structure manufactured thereby, and a catalyst using same. According to the present invention, a structure having a core with high electric conductivity and a shell having excellent reactivity can be manufactured by controlling crystallinity of an inner portion and a surface portion of a material through lithiation or delithiation. In addition, the changes in crystallinity and chemical characteristics of the material can be maximized through rapid delithiation. Therefore, the core-shell structure of the present invention has excellent conductivity and reactivity and can be effectively used as a water-splitting catalyst. In the present invention, lithiation and delithiation are employed only once without using an expensive material, such as a precious metal, and thus a core-shell structure with excellent catalytic characteristics can be manufactured by an economical and simple process.
