Abstract:
Disclosed are a sanitary corrugated cardboard part where living beings are prevented
from entering into cavities between a core and linerboards that make up a corrugated
cardboard, and a method for manufacturing the corrugated cardboard part. A corrugated
cardboard plate (D) formed by adding the core (2) having a corrugated plate-like
form to the linerboards (1) having a flat plate-like form is cut into a predetermined
shape. The cut edges of the formed cardboard plate (D) from which the core (2) is
exposed to the outside in a corrugation form is crushed to close the cavities (3)
between the core (2), exposed from the cut edges, and the liner boards (1).
