Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a corrugated cardboard with improved air permeability and breathability. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a first step of coating a starch-based adhesive on a lower bloc portion of a first corrugating medium paper to mount the first corrugating medium paper on an upper surface of a lower liner board; a second step of coating an instant adhesive containing moisture-curable cyanoacrylate on a lower surface of a medium liner board to mount the medium liner board on an upper bloc portion of the first corrugating medium paper; a third step of coating a starch-based adhesive on a lower bloc portion of a second corrugating medium paper to mount the second corrugating medium paper on an upper surface of the medium liner board; a fourth step of coating the instant adhesive on a lower surface of an upper liner to mount the upper liner on an upper bloc portion of the second corrugating medium paper, thereby making a double-sided corrugated cardboard; and a fifth step of drying the double-sided corrugated cardboard through compressing and curing, followed by aging. The present invention enhances the strength of the corrugated cardboard by coating a small amount of a cyanoacrylic acid-based instant adhesive, instead of reducing the use amount of the starch-based adhesive. Furthermore, the present invention can maintain the freshness of packaged contents, reduce costs, and prevent environmental contamination by improving air permeability and breathability of the corrugated cardboard.
