Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a customized diabetic-foot insole. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a customization type of a diabetic-foot insole; acquiring data of a lower-limb line-of-gravity angle and a lower-limb length discrepancy value of a patient with a diabetic foot, and according to the lower-limb line-of-gravity angle and the lower-limb length discrepancy value, designing a half sole and a heel of the diabetic-foot insole; acquiring three-dimensional scanning data of the foot, performing three-dimensional foot scanning on a load-bearing part and a non-load-bearing part, establishing stereoscopic data of three arches of the foot, determining support heights of a transverse arch, a medial arch and a lateral arch, and determining a three-dimensional structure, a foot length and a foot width of the foot; marking a part which is ulcerated or incomplete as a result of amputation; acquiring stress data of the foot when same is in a static state and a moving state, and marking an abnormal pressure area; and on the basis that three-dimensional scanning technology, three-dimensional software design and three-dimensional printing are used, assessing the line of gravity of a lower limb of the patient, and performing customization for the diabetic-foot type.
