The present invention relates to a shoe insole and, specifically, to a method for manufacturing a customized insole optimized to fit physical characteristics such as the walking habits of a user, the method comprising: a first step of preparing an insole body made from a material having cushioning and restoring force, such as EVA; a second step of coupling a supporter made from a shape memory polymer (SMP), so as to cover the lower surface of the insole body, and injection-coupling the supporter so that pressure-concentrating parts with a relatively thin thickness are formed at a plurality of regions at which local foot pressure is greatly generated during walking; a third step of applying predetermined heat to the supporter so that the shape thereof is changeable when pressure is applied; a fourth step of placing the supporter on a predetermined molding pad; a fifth step of applying foot pressure through the upper surface of the insole body so as to deform the shape of the supporter according to the foot pressure of the user so that the upper surface of the insole body is fixed in the shape of the sole of a user's foot; and a sixth step of attaching pressure-dispersing pads to the pressure-concentrating parts.
