Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem, in a method for manufacturing a decorative molded article by means of simultaneous molding and decoration using a decorative film having a minute three-dimensional pattern formed on a surface thereof, of suppressing deformation of the minute three-dimensional pattern and improving visually-perceived quality of feel, such as texture and touch. A decorative film (20) having a thermoplastic resin film having a three-dimensional pattern formed on a surface thereof is set in a mold (100), the three-dimensional pattern being constituted by a plurality of minute convex shapes having a height of 0.35 mm or less, and a thermoplastic resin in a melted state in which a supercritical fluid has been poured is injected into a cavity (130) of the mold (100), whereby the supercritical fluid is foamed to mold a decorative molded article (10) in which a molded body (30) having a weight reduction ratio of 5% or more and 20% or less and the decorative film (20) are integrally molded.
