Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative plate of a cosmetic case and, particularly to a method for manufacturing a decorative plate of a cosmetic case, the method allowing a diffuse reflection surface to be formed on a decorative plate mounted on the upper surface of a cosmetic case such as a compact. The method for manufacturing a decorative plate of a cosmetic case, of the present invention, comprises: a preparation step for preparing a disk made of metal; a surface processing step of forming, on one surface of the disk, a processing layer made of a first pattern and/or an opaque coating layer; a protection film attachment step of attaching a protection film to the upper part of one surface of the disk having the processing layer; a diffuse reflection surface formation step of forming a processing line on the other surface of the disk, and allowing a modified line to be produced on one surface of the disk by means of the processing line, thereby forming various reflective surfaces on one surface of the disk; a blanking step of cutting the disk into small decorative plates; and a protection film removal step of removing the protection film from the decorative plate.
