Abstract:
The present invention includes: interposing a resin layer between a metal plate made of an iron-nickel-based alloy and a glass substrate, and bonding the metal plate to the glass substrate with the resin layer therebetween; forming, from the metal plate, a mask portion including a plurality of mask holes; bonding a surface, of the mask portion, opposite to a surface in contact with the resin layer to a mask frame having rigidity higher than the mask portion and having a frame shape surrounding the plurality of mask holes included in the mask portion; and peeling off the resin layer and the glass substrate from the mask portion.
