Abstract:
The method for manufacturing a dielectric material according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a preparation step for mixing a dielectric powder, water, an organic acid metal salt which is a metal salt of at least one organic acid selected from the group consisting of a monocarboxylic acid having at most 6 carbons, a dicarboxylic acid, a polyvalent carboxylic acid having a valence of at least 3 and a hydroxy carboxylic acid, and a water-soluble silane coupling agent to prepare a slurry; and a drying step for drying the slurry to obtain a dielectric powder.
