Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a discharge surface treatment electrode (1) is provided with a first spreading step for spreading a powder (21) to form a first powder layer (11), and a first binding step for causing a portion of the powder (21) of the first powder layer (11) to bind together. The method is also provided with a second spreading step for further spreading the powder (21) on the power layer in which a portion of the powder (21) is bound together and forming a second powder layer (12), and a second binding step for causing a portion of the powder (21) of the second powder layer (12) to bind together and forming a granulated layered body (2), and a region having a different porosity than another region is formed inside the layered body (2).
