Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a display device, and a method for manufacturing a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a plurality of light emitting diode chips on a first manufacturing substrate; connecting the plurality of light emitting diode chips onto a second manufacturing substrate; separating the first manufacturing substrate from the plurality of light emitting diode chips; and transferring the plurality of light emitting diode chips connected to the second manufacturing substrate onto a substrate having a plurality of first and second substrate electrodes arranged thereon. According to the present invention, by decreasing the light emission area of light emitting diode chips, the density of current flowing in light emitting diode chips can be increased even when the amount of current being supplied is small.
