Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a display panel, and a display panel. The method comprises: soldering a metal film (200) to a side face (120) of a back plate (100) by means of a paste mask (300), and converting the paste mask (300) into a soldering portion (400), so that the metal film (200) is electrically connected to a plurality of first traces (140) by means of the soldering portion (400); bending the metal film (200) to a second surface (130) of the back plate (100); and patterning the metal film (200) and the soldering portion (400) to form a plurality of second traces (500), wherein the second traces (500) are arranged on the side face (120) and the second surface (130) of the back plate (100), and the second traces (500) are electrically connected to the corresponding first traces (140).
