Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a double-glazed glass panel and a device for molding a glazing gasket, which are advantageous in performing glazing gasket molding with high precision, and in ensuring the quality. A double-glazed glass panel (100) is mounted on a table (1202). If other side (1804) of a jig board (18) comes to the irradiation position of laser light by means of a laser cutter (24), a first coated section (Z1) which is coated on the jig board (18) is cut by laser light to form a first cut surface (S1) on the other side (1804) of the jig board (18). If one side (1802) of the jig board (18) comes to the irradiation position of laser light by means of the laser cutter (24), a second coated section (Z2) which is coated on the jig board (18) is cut by laser light to form a second cut surface (S2) on the one side (1802) of the jig board (18). A glazing gasket molding body (120) is inserted between the first and second cut surfaces (S1, S2) and adhered by an adhesive.
