Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a drill having a plurality of cutting blades for improving accuracy of a drilling operation and preventing generation of a burr in a drilling process when drilling a comparatively thin steel sheet by a drill manufacturing method, and a drill manufactured thereby, the drill manufacturing method comprising: a grinding step (S10) for grinding an outer circumference of a cylinder after cutting a hard metal alloy material in the predetermined length; a flute processing step (S20); a hill plane-cutting step (S30); a guessing surface plane-cutting step(S40); a second spare surface processing step (S50); a point surface processing step (S60); a first spare surface processing step (S70); and a chamfer processing step (S80).
