Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ecofriendly and highly functional fused material powder by changing the weight, temperature and properties of silica-containing natural ore. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing fused material powder including the steps of: (a) collecting high purity silica from silicate contained in a rock-forming vein; (b) combusting the collected silica; (c) grinding the combusted silicaby using 320 mesh after step (b); (d) putting the combusted and ground silica in a thermo-hygrostat to ripen the silica; and (e) drying the ripened gel-type silica to manufacture fused material powder after step (d). According to the present invention, polyester may be easily mixed and synthesized with the silica, making possible melt spun yarn and fused yarn of silica-synthesized polyester.
