Abstract:
A method for manufacturing ecological type artificial leather or leather-like is provided. The method comprises the following steps: generating a surface layer, spraying and foaming, in which a reactive solvent-free multi-component polymer is coated on the surface layer which is not cured fully through a multi-component spraying reaction molding device and a spraying gun, roller-pressing and jointing of one-step molding, in which the base material and foaming layer-surface layer-release paper are roller-pressed and jointed through a roller-pressing and jointing device between the multi-component polymer foam-starting stage and the gelling stage, ripening and stripping, in which the base material-foaming layer-surface layer-release paper is warmed up to ripen and is cooled, then the release paper is stripped. The said manufacturing method is totally environmentally friendly during producting process, the physical property of the product is excellent, and the device used is supermatic and is easy to industrialize.
