Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an electrode material (1) having a center part (2) which is formed from a CuCr heat-resistant element and has excellent high-current shielding performance and capacitor switching performance, and an external peripheral part (3) provided on the external periphery of the center part (2). The external peripheral part (3) is formed from CuCr, and is a region having excellent withstand voltage performance. In the present invention, a solid-solution powder of Cr and a heat-resistant element is molded to form a molded body, and a Cr powder is packed on the periphery of the molded body to form an integrally molded body. An electrode material (1) is manufactured by infiltrating the integrally molded body with Cu.
