Abstract:
In order to improve the linearity of lithium ions in a high loading electrode, a method for manufacturing an electrode having a path by inputting and mixing amorphous selenium nanoparticles together into a process for making the existing electrode slurry of mixing an electrode active material, a conductive material, and a binder and then after coating with the electrode slurry by vaporizing selenium nanoparticles during drying. The method for manufacturing an electrode for a secondary battery comprises: a step of preparing binder solution by dispersing or dissolving the binder in a solvent; a step of preparing an electrode slurry by mixing the binder solution with an electrode material comprising an electrode active material, a conductive material, and amorphous selenium nanoparticles; a step of coating the electrode slurry on a current collector; and a step of vaporizing the amorphous selenium nanoparticles while drying the coating to foam the coating layer.
