Abstract:

Disclosed in the present application is a method for manufacturing electrodes of solar cell sheets. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: placing a solar cell sheet below and spaced apart from a screen stencil; placing paste on the screen stencil; squeezing the paste so that the paste is squeezed out through mesh apertures of the screen stencil, and is deposited on a surface of the solar cell sheet, and at the same time, keeping the screen stencil and the solar cell sheet apart from/in micro-contact with each other; and curing the paste on the surface of the solar cell sheet to form an electrode. The screen stencil comprises a screen frame, a silk screen, a metal mesh and a paste storage layer. The steps of manufacturing the screen stencil comprise: laying the metal mesh on the paste storage layer; fitting the paste storage layer with the silk screen; and using a certain tension to tighten the silk screen to fix the silk screen onto the screen frame. A transfer-printing through-hole screen stencil with a metal mesh is used in the manufacturing method, and during transfer printing, the screen stencil deforms by a small amount, and is kept apart from/in micro contact with a solar cell sheet, so that a grid line electrode can maintain a good line shape. In addition, the grid line electrode is flat, straight and uniform, thereby being conducive to reducing the loss of paste and reducing production costs.
