Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an emulsion bead in a solid phase by dropping liquid emulsion, which may comprise, in a continuous phase, a solution containing a lipid material or gel-forming material which is in a solid state at room temperature, into a freezing refrigerant which is maintained at a temperature of 0℃ or below, and an emulsion bead manufactured thereby. The emulsion bead according to the present invention can be stored and used by itself at a low temperature. Furthermore, the emulsion bead in a liquid phase, yielded using a solid or gel-formable material at room temperature, can be maintained as a stable form without being swollen and/or broken for a long time at room temperature, and can be easily broken when being poured from a container and/or applied to a skin, to thereby act as a liquid-phase emulsion, and does not give a user a feeling of a foreign body when the broken liquid-phase emulsion is applied to a skin.
