Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved method for manufacturing an end-less wire saw, whereby a braided wire rope is formed without interruption, and an improved manufacturing method for a wire saw which rotates at high speed on a pulley for cutting base materials such as silicon or ceramic, and therefore not only enables the wire saw to cut an ingot-shaped material at regular intervals, but also significantly reduces the risk of damage by preventing the wire saw from breaking or becoming disengaged when performing a cutting task for a long time at high speed thereby optimizing the life span of the wire saw, and performing the task more efficiently.
