Abstract:
The present application relates to a method for manufacturing fermented guar meal and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing fermented guar meal, the method comprising the steps of: pre-treating guar meal; inoculating a Bacillus strain into the pre-treated guar meal; and subjecting the bacteria inoculated into the guar meal to solid cultivation to obtain fermented guar meal, fermented guar meal manufactured by the method, and a feed composition comprising the same fermented guar meal.
