Abstract:
A fiber collection tool (1) suitable for use in the present method is used in order to collect fibers spun through an electrospinning method. The fiber collection tool (1) has dimensions so as to be graspable in the hand of a user (A), and has an electroconductive site such that the surface electrical resistivity in at least a part of the surface thereof is 1011 Ω/cm2 or less, or a hydrophilic site in which the contact angle with water is preferably 15-90° (inclusive) at 25°C. Moreover, in this manufacturing method, the user (A) collects, using the fiber collection tool (1), the fibers spun by the user (A) through the electrospinning method using an electrospinning device (10) having dimensions so as to be graspable in the hand of the user (A), and manufactures a film including a deposition body (F) of the fibers on the surface of the fiber collection tool (1). The fiber collection tool (1) in which the deposition body (F) is formed is pushed against the surface of an object, and the deposition body is transferred to the surface, whereby a film including the deposition body of the fibers is formed on the object surface.
