Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic and the fiber-reinforced plastic using the same, wherein the final distribution of fiber is smoothly performed by more clearly solving the problem of a single yarn of fiber. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the fiber-reinforced plastic comprises the steps of: preparing a fiber filament bundle used for the manufacturing of the fiber-reinforced plastic; twisting said fiber filament bundle; an impregnation step for immersing the twisted fiber filament bundle in a resin solution; untwisting the twisted state of the impregnated fiber filament bundle; and jetting the fiber filament bundle. Such a configuration can obtain a fiber-reinforced plastic, in which the problem of a single yarn of fiber is effectively figured out and the final distribution is carried out in a smooth manner.
