Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a filler pipe to be mounted in a vehicle fuel tank, and a casting device therefor. The method for manufacturing a filler pipe according to the present invention comprises: a forward drawing step of forming, by shaping a metal plate, a cylindrical body having a flange part at the upper end thereof; a reverse drawing step of pushing and lifting the bottom of the cylindrical body through the interior of a side wall so as to protrude more than the flange; and a pipe forming step of perforating the bottom of the cylindrical body.
