Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a flexible display panel. A sacrificial layer (20) is provided between a rigid bearing plate (10) and a flexible substrate (30) of the flexible display panel (20); the sacrificial layer (20) comprises a first sacrificial layer (21) and a second sacrificial layer (22) positioned on the periphery of the first sacrificial layer (21) and tightly connected thereto. By means of the provision of the sacrificial layer (20), direct contact between laser and the flexible substrate (30) can be reduced or avoided in a laser lift-off process, so that the probability of damage to the flexible substrate (30) is lowered; in addition, by means of the provision of the second sacrificial layer (22) on the periphery of the first sacrificial layer (21), transverse heat transmission can be accelerated and longitudinal heat transmission can be reduced, so that damage to a TFT layer (42) and an OLED light emitting layer (43) by heat generated in the laser lift-off process can be avoided, and the production yield of the flexible display panel (20) is improved.
