Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing flexible false eyelashes and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing flexible false eyelashes, capable of manufacturing flexible false eyelashes by fixing false eyelashes with a flexible polymer, and cutting the false eyelashes fixed with the polymer, and provides a method for manufacturing flexible false eyelashes, comprising the steps of: preparing a lower film having an adhesive surface formed on one surface thereof, and an upper film having an adhesive surface formed on one surface thereof; attaching false eyelashes to the lower film; attaching the upper film so as to be overlapped with the lower film to which false eyelashes are attached; locating an upper frame and a lower frame, at the front, which are separated at a predetermined distance from the upper film and the lower film to which false eyelashes are attached, such that the upper frame and the lower frame vertically correspond; applying a polymer solution to the upper frame and the lower frame and to grooves formed by the lower film and the upper film; uniformly distributing the coated polymer solution at the same height of the films; drying the uniformly distributed polymer solution; and cutting the dried polymer at a predetermined width and a predetermined angle.
