Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a flexible OLED panel. First, a highly transparent glass substrate (500) is coated to form a flexible base substrate (110); then a TFT layer (120) and an OLED layer (130) are sequentially manufactured on the flexible base substrate (110); and finally, laser lift-off is performed on the flexible base substrate (110) by means of laser, such that the flexible base substrate (110) is peeled off from the glass substrate (500). Since the transmittance of the glass base substrate (500) to the laser is higher than 96%, most of the laser can be transmitted through the glass substrate (500) when the flexible base substrate (110) is lifted off from the glass substrate (500) through a laser lift-off technology, and thus the flexible base substrate (110) can be lifted off from the glass substrate (500) by using lower energy, and the performance of the flexible base substrate (110) and the TFT layer (120) can be prevented from being affected. A normal TFT electrical property can be acquired, and the product yield can be greatly improved.
