Abstract:
This method for manufacturing flux-cored wire involves a step for filling flux into the inside of a steel plate while forming the steel plate into a circular shape, a step for joining the two ends of the steel plate to obtain a steel pipe, and a step for rolling and annealing the steel pipe to obtain a flux-cored wire, wherein the flux-cored wire has a prescribed chemical composition in which the Sn content, the Sb content, the W content and the Mo content satisfy Expression 1 below.
Expression 1: Sn+Sb > Mo+W
