Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fragrance-emitting sintered sheet. A fragrance-emitting sintered sheet of the present invention is manufactured by a method comprising: a filling step for filling the inside of a mold with solid powder; a primary sintered body molding step for heating the solid powder at at least a melting temperature to mold a porous sintered body; a press molding step for repeatedly pressing the primary sintered body to a desired thickness, under a low temperature atmosphere that is 20-40% lower than the melting temperature; a fragrance-emitting sintered sheet molding step for secondarily sintering the primary press-molded sintered body under a low temperature atmosphere that is 20-80% lower than the melting temperature for 3-45 minutes; a polishing step for polishing the surface of the secondary sintered, fragrance-emitting sintered sheet; and an impregnating step for impregnating a fragrance into the surface-polished fragrance-emitting sintered sheet. As it can be manufactured in a slim sheet form, the thusly manufactured invention can substantially increase the degree of freedom for a target product as well as reduce breakage and damage on the sintered body through the improved durability and elasticity, and consequently industrially advantageous effects are expected to increase the degree of consumer satisfaction of the target product and the product value thereof.
