Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional wrapper, comprising the following steps: (a) applying a mixture of glue and a functional material between two sheets of paper; (b) compressing the two sheets of paper of step (a) so as to glue the two sheets together; (c) corrugating the two sheets of paper of step (b) into a wave shape so as to form a corrugating medium; (d) preparing an outer sheet and an inner sheet to be attached to the either side of the corrugating medium, respectively; (e) applying glue to the inner surface of the outer sheet and of the inner sheet; (f) inserting the corrugating medium of step (c) between the outer sheet and the inner sheet, to the inner surfaces of which glue was applied; and (g) compressing the outer sheet, the inner sheet, and the corrugating medium of step (f) together.
