Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a glass lining product which has excellent heat conductivity and in which the elution amount of a sodium component can be reduced. A method for manufacturing a glass lining product, comprising: a step for grazing a first glaze onto the surface of a metal base material and then firing the resultant product to form a ground coat layer having a predetermined thickness, wherein the first glaze comprises a frit containing SiO2 as a main component and also containing Na2O and having an average particle diameter of 1.5 to 20 μm and at least one inorganic flame-resistant powder selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina and aluminum nitride; a step for grazing a second glaze onto the ground coat layer and firing the resultant product to form an intermediate layer having a predetermined thickness, wherein the second glaze comprises a frit containing SiO2 as a main component and also containing Na2O and having an average particle diameter of 1.5 to 20 μm; and a step for glazing a third glaze onto the intermediate layer and firing the resultant product to form a cover coat layer having a predetermined thickness, in which the third glaze comprises a frit not containing Na2O and containing SiO2 as a main component and having an average particle diameter of 1.5 to 50 μm.
