Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a grinding-free drill bit is disclosed. The grinding-free drill bit includes a drill body (1) and a replaceable cutting blade (2) provided at a front end of the drill body (1). The manufacturing method includes the following steps: (A) providing an "S" shaped spiral groove at the front end of the drill body (1) as to accommodate the cutting blade (2) according to a given depth and width, both inner side walls of the spiral groove being centrosymmetric arcuate surfaces, and each arcuate surface having a shape of parallelogram after being unfolded; (B) preparing the cutting blade (2) having side walls whose shape is matched with the shape of the inner side walls of the spiral groove of the drill body (1); and (C) assembling the cutting blade (2) into the spiral groove of the drill body (1) and connecting with each other so as to form the grinding-free drill bit. Moreover, a grinding-free drill bit which is manufactured by the method is also disclosed.
