Abstract:
According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing handles for a nail clipper in which three-dimensional inclined curved blades are formed opposite one another on the respective inclined surfaces of upper and lower handles for a nail clipper, comprises: a step of obtaining an inclined curve having a curvature Ra using a line formed by combining the circumferential surface of a grinder having a vertical axis and a radius Rg, onto the upper inclined surface having a tilt angle θ1 in a vertical direction; a step of producing a plane by the outline formed by moving down the inclined curve such that is has an opposite angle θ2 identical to the tilt angle θ1 of the upper inclined surface so as to obtain the shape of the lower inclined surface; and a step of producing handles for which the upper and lower inclined surfaces obtained in the above-described steps serve as respective inner inclined surfaces for nail clipper handles, arranging the grinder having the radius Rg such that a right angle is formed between the axis of the nail file and nail clipper handles, and grinding front ends of the upper and lower inclined surfaces at the same time in order to form an upper inclined curved blade having the inclined curve having the radius Ra and a lower inclined curved blade having the inclined curve having the radius Ra.
