Abstract:
Method for welding a joint of a heat exchanger to a connecting pipe, comprising the following steps: forming a diffusion coating on the surface of a joint (10), the corrosion potential of the diffusion coating being less than the corrosion potential of the joint (10); inserting a connecting pipe (40) into the joint (10); and brazing the connecting pipe (40) to the joint (10) using a brazing material, the corrosion potential of the welding seam metal formed after brazing using the brazing material being greater than the corrosion potential of the joint (10) and less than the corrosion potential of the connecting pipe (40). The present application also relates to a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger, a method for treating a joint of a heat exchanger, a connecting structure of a heat exchanger, a heat exchanger, and a joint for a heat exchanger. The technical solution improves the anticorrosive effect and the production efficiency, reduces costs, and can enable the treated joint and the correcting pipe not easily to be corroded after being brazed, thereby reducing the leakage rate.
