Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a heat-not-burn tobacco cigarette. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a tobacco material, soaking the tobacco material in water, filtering the material, and pulping the filtered tobacco material to obtain a tobacco slurry; manufacturing a tobacco substrate; using one or more processing techniques of smoke curing, air curing, or sun curing, then performing molecular distillation to manufacture a tobacco essential oil; weighing out 1-40 parts by weight of the tobacco essential oil, 2-20 parts by weight of a tobacco flavoring, and 40-80 parts by weight of an atomizing agent, then evenly mixing the weighed out materials to obtain a coating fluid; weighing out the coating fluid such that the weight of the coating fluid is equivalent to 25-40% the weight of the tobacco substrate, then dispensing the coating fluid on the tobacco substrate; and using the tobacco substrate to manufacture the heat-not-burn tobacco cigarette. The cigarette manufactured using the method produces a large volume of cigarette vapor and offers a smoking experience that is similar to a conventional cigarette. The heat-not-burn tobacco cigarette also provides a rich aroma and a distinctive tobacco flavor, thereby offering excellent satisfaction.
