Abstract:
Provided is a method of manufacturing a superconducting high-frequency acceleration cavity component, wherein a niobium thin film (11) is wound around an aluminum shaft (1), the aluminum shaft (1) is inserted into an aluminum capsule (4), both ends of the aluminum capsule (4) are closed with aluminum end plates (2, 3), vacuum-airtight welding is executed after conducting vacuum drawing from a vacuum drawing port (H1), the aluminum capsule (4) is HIP processed, and a niobium cylinder is drawn out from the HIP processed aluminum capsule (4).
