Abstract:
The present invention relates to polyurethane resin compositions for high-speed spinning spandex fiber. Provided is a method for manufacturing polyurethaneurea elastic fiber using polyols, first diisocyanate, second diisocyanate and a chain extender as a substrate. The first diisocynate and the second diisocynate are one or two or more kinds of organic diisocyanates chosen from aromatic, aliphatic or substituted diisocynates, and the second diisocynate constitutes 2 to 25 mole % of total diisocyanate content. The polyurethaneurea contains 5 mole % or more of aromatic diamines as chain extenders. The polyurethaneurea elastic fiber made by said method has no change in elongation even during high-speed spinning and maintains heat resistance of yarn.
