Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly refractive polarized lens, in which adhesiveness of a polarized film to be attached to a polythiourethane-based resin is improved so that the polarized film is not delaminated from the urethane resin forming a lens, whereby the stability and reliability of the product can be enhanced. The method comprises the steps of: pretreating both surfaces of a TAC film; attaching the pretreated TAC film to both sides of a PVA film to prepare a pretreated polarized film; shaping the prepared pretreated polarized film into a lens shape; seating the shaped pretreated polarized film into a mold for producing a lens; introducing a polythiourethane-based resin into the mold for producing a lens, in which the pretreated polarized film is seated; and fixing the mold and cooling the polythiourethane-based resin.
