Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a holographic metal sticker with data embedded therein, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: converting a vector file of a decorative pattern image into a raster file during a process of designing the decorative pattern image which will be formed on a holographic metal sticker; generating the decorative pattern image by inserting halftone dots into the raster file according to a binary code corresponding to data to be inserted; forming a photosensitive film over a holographic surface of a holographic metal plate; exposing and developing a holographic film having the decorative pattern image on the photosensitive film to form a photosensitive film frame corresponding to the decorative pattern image; heat-treating the photosensitive film frame to cure the same; forming a metal electrodeposition layer on the holographic metal plate, in which the holographic surface is exposed in a concave portion between the photosensitive film frame, by electroplating; attaching a separation tape to the back surface of the surface of the metal electrodeposition layer on which the hologram is transferred facing the holographic metal plate, and peeling the separation tape from the holographic metal plate together with the metal electrodeposition layer; attaching a protective tape to the surface of the metal electrodeposition layer on which the hologram has been transferred, and peeling the separation tape from the metal electrodeposition layer; and applying an adhesive to the back surface of the metal electrodeposition layer, from which the separation tape has been peeled, and attaching a release paper thereto. Accordingly, the present invention has an advantage capable of determining the authenticity of a holographic metal sticker, by inserting data used for determining the authenticity of the holographic metal sticker into the raster file of the decorative pattern image in halftone dots during the process of designing the decorative pattern image to be formed on the holographic metal sticker.
