Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a hydraulic pressure control valve in which a spool slides along the inner wall of a sleeve, the method including a pressure adjustment step in which output hydraulic pressure in a prescribed drive condition of a drive unit is adjusted to a target hydraulic pressure (P2) by rotating an adjustment screw and adjusting the set load of a spring. In a preparatory stage of the pressure adjustment step, a tool is brought into contact with the inner wall of a rotation-transmitting section so that there is no gap between the tool and the rotation-transmitting section at least in the rotation direction of the tool. After the preparatory stage, in an adjusted rotation amount calculation stage: a pre-adjustment hydraulic pressure (P1), which is the output hydraulic pressure at a pre-adjustment rotation position of the adjustment screw in the prescribed drive condition, is detected; and an adjustment rotation amount (θ) from the pre-adjustment rotation position to a target rotation position corresponding to the target hydraulic pressure (P2) is calculated on the basis of a differential pressure (ΔP) between the pre-adjustment hydraulic pressure (P1) and the target hydraulic pressure (P2), and a correction amount (θc) that corresponds to a product characteristic. In a rotation stage, the adjustment screw is rotated by the adjustment rotation amount (θ).
