Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dental implant structure and a manufacturing method and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an implant structure comprising a crown that moves in response to occlusal force, and the implant structure, the method allowing an elastic body for absorbing occlusal force to be provided between a crown and an abutment so that the implant structure such as a fixture or the abutment provided below the crown and/or an abutment screw can be prevented from fracturing due to repeated occlusal force.
