Abstract:
This method for manufacturing an inductor 1 comprises a first step for preparing a heat-press device 2, and a second step. The heat-press device 2 comprises: a first mold 3; a second mold 4 spaced apart from the first mold 3 and smaller than the first mold 3; an inner frame member 5 which surrounds the second mold 4, is spaced apart from the first mold 3 in a press direction, and is movable in the press direction relative to the second mold 4; and a flowable soft sheet 6 disposed on a second press surface 62 of the second mold 4. In the second step, the heat-press device 2 heat-presses a magnetic sheet 8 containing magnetic particles and a thermally curable resin, and a plurality of wires 9 spaced apart from each other.
