Abstract:
A method for manufacturing informationalized alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide batteries. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for giving an informatization function to the alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide batteries currently used, namely a manufacturing method, wherein technological parameters and quality indexes of the alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide batteries completely depend on an automatic production line, able to achieve product quality complete inspection and fully guarantee product quality, by integration of mechatronics technology and information recognition code technology in combination with computer internet technology, in the manufacturing process. By means of the manufacturing method, manufacturing information of each alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide battery can be automatically detected, recorded and recognized, such that each alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide battery has unique quality information. Accordingly, the whole-process tracing and analysis in the production, selling and use processes are facilitated, support is provided for data improvement, product quality and use safety are better improved, and higher social benefits and economic benefits can be achieved.
